PLAIDS: All orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
If a plaid is out of stock, you can still buy it in presale and we will send it as soon our stock is refilled.
PILLOWS: Please note that our pillows are handmade and have to be made once an order is made.
It can take up to 10 workdays to get your item ready. You will receive a message once your order is shipped and on its way.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please contact us if your order is urgent: Info@emmaterweduwe.com, and we will try to do our best.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). Please keep in mind that for now, we offer a free pickup Gent, Belgium.
Shipping to other places in Belgium costs 12 euros.
We ship to other countries in Europe: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switerland & United Kingdom.
(shipping in these European countries are depending on the location, starting from 18 euros shipping costs).
